Refund & Return Policy

At Prime Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver reliable electronics and home appliances that meet your expectations. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices are included.

  • The product was not purchased on clearance, sale, or promotional offer (these are non-returnable unless defective).

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery via email at primiumelectronics@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos/videos showing the problem.

⚠️ Note: Products damaged due to mishandling, electrical surges, or incorrect installation are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or warranty reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Personal care electronics (e.g., trimmers, shavers, massagers)

  • Items with tampered seals or missing serial numbers

  • Products that have been customized or modified

  • Gift cards or digital items

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at primiumelectronics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the item and packaging

  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions or pickup details.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Refund Options

After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Refunds will not include delivery charges unless the item was faulty or the wrong product was sent.

If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details to process the refund securely.

5. Replacements

If your product qualifies for replacement:

  • A new item will be shipped once the original is received and inspected.

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • We will verify and either replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting primiumelectronics@gmail.com.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

8. Warranty Claims

Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
In such cases, warranty repairs or replacements are handled directly through the manufacturer’s authorized service centers.
We’ll assist you with warranty claim instructions when requested.

9. Important Notes

  • Prime Electronics reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet policy conditions.

  • Refunds may take longer during holidays or special sale events.

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery to help with any damage claim verification.
