Prices are subject to change due to supplier updates, import fluctuations, or promotional events. Once an order is placed, the price confirmed at checkout will apply. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email or SMS signifies acceptance by Prime Electronics. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for reasons including stock shortage, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Canceled orders will be refunded promptly through the original payment method.

Section 7: Payment Terms

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Card payments. Prepaid orders must be cleared before dispatch. Prime Electronics uses secure, encrypted payment gateways. However, we are not responsible for errors or failures caused by third-party processors. COD orders may require verification before shipping.

Section 8: Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide through reputable courier services. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability (refer to our Shipping Policy). Title and risk transfer upon successful delivery. Prime Electronics is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Section 9: Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only under our official Refund & Return Policy. Products must be unused, sealed, and returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Refunds are processed after inspection. Items failing to meet return conditions will not qualify. Prime Electronics reserves full discretion over approval of returns.

Section 10: Product Warranty

Some items include manufacturer warranties as stated on product pages. Warranty claims must be submitted to authorized service centers. Prime Electronics will assist in guiding the process but is not liable for manufacturer delays. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

During such circumstances, delivery or service timelines may be extended without penalty.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or access without prior notice. Grounds for termination include fraudulent activity, policy violations, or misuse of website services. Termination does not release the user from financial obligations owed to Prime Electronics.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Karachi, Pakistan. Users from other provinces agree to submit to these courts for all proceedings related to this Agreement.
