At Prime Electronics, we take pride in delivering your orders safely, promptly, and efficiently anywhere in Pakistan. Our goal is to make sure every product reaches your doorstep in perfect condition, with full transparency at every step of the delivery process.

1. General Overview

We provide nationwide delivery through trusted logistics partners to ensure secure and timely shipping of all electronics and home appliances.
We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and special closure days announced by the government.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Quetta, and surrounding areas.

  • For remote or rural locations, delivery timelines may vary based on courier coverage and accessibility.

If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll inform you immediately and suggest alternative delivery options.

3. Shipping Methods

We use multiple reliable courier and logistics companies, including:

  • Leopard Courier Services

  • TCS

  • Call Courier

  • M&P (OCS)

  • Pakistan Post (for select remote areas)

Each order is carefully packed, sealed, and dispatched to minimize handling damage.

4. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders):

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • COD Orders: May require phone or email verification before dispatch to prevent fraudulent activity.

If an item is out of stock or requires extra time (for example, large appliances or imported gadgets), you’ll be notified promptly via email or phone.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product type:

Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, etc.) 2–4 working days
Remote or rural areas 4–7 working days

⚠️ Please note: Delivery delays may occur during holidays, heavy rain, courier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping Charges

We offer affordable, transparent shipping rates across Pakistan:

  • Standard Delivery (under 5kg): PKR 200–300

  • Heavy or Large Appliances (above 5kg): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

  • Free Shipping Offers: May be available during promotions or on orders above a specific amount

All shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

  • For any tracking issues, simply email primiumelectronics@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

8. Order Verification & Delivery Attempts

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team may call or message you for verification before dispatch.

If you’re unavailable at the delivery address:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  1. Do not accept the parcel if it appears broken or resealed.

  2. Immediately take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.

  3. Report the issue to us within 48 hours at primiumelectronics@gmail.com.

We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund (as per our Return Policy).

10. Pre-Orders and Imported Products

Some products listed as Pre-Order or Imported may take longer to deliver:

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days depending on supplier availability.

  • Customers will be notified of expected delivery timelines before confirmation.

If there is an unexpected delay, our team will keep you updated throughout the process.


11. Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, email us immediately at primiumelectronics@gmail.com.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

12. Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier company to locate it.

  • If confirmed lost, we will resend the product or issue a full refund (as per your preference).

Please note that this process may take up to 7–10 business days while verification is completed.

13. International Shipping

Currently, Prime Electronics ships only within Pakistan.
We are working on introducing international delivery for select products soon.

14. Delivery During Holidays

During Eid holidays, national events, or courier off-days, orders may take additional time.
We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery during festive seasons.
